International Dunnage provides reliable and cost-effective strapping solutions for securing different shapes and sizes of cargo. ID Strapping is manufactured from superior high tenacity polyester yarns which bring out the safest strapping solutions compared to steel and PET strapping.

ID Strapping reduces the risk of injury and minimizes damage to cargo due to cuts caused by sharp edges, is strong but flexible and a lightweight alternative that can be used in various packaging applications. It is highly resistant to severe weather conditions and unlike steel and PET strapping does not break instantly from single point impacts.

ID Strapping has high joint efficiency and is easy to use, cost effective and suitable for cargo of various shapes and sizes. Our buckles outperform crimping and friction welding methods and our straps can be customized with the use of 3 color printing.

ID Strapping is available in 3 types- Composite, Woven and Hot Melt Strapping.

Composite Strap

With a unique combination of elongation and flexible memory, ID Composite Strapping can absorb impacts and load shift that would normally break steel banding. ID Composite Strapping is soft, pliable, will not rust and eliminates risk of personal injury during application as well as damage to product being shipped. Although lightweight, it is strong and durable, making it the preferred method to protect heavy and irregular shaped loads during transportation. Tensioning tools are durable, inexpensive and easy to maintain.

Woven Strap

Hot Melt Strap

ID Hot Melt Strapping is safe, soft and smooth to protect edges and surfaces being secured. They are economical, provide a very high break load capacity and can be tensioned by hand or basic tensioning tools. Popular applications include manual strapping and bale pressing of non-abrasive products such as paper.
