Our fully integrated production consists of extrusion, weaving, coating and bag conversion, utilizing the latest technology and equipment. Quality control is carried out at every stage of production
under strict conditions of ISO 9001. In the early stages, tapes and fabrics are tested for their tensile strengths,
Inflating values are 100% leak proof tested.
All finished bags pass through a flat wall test using air pressure to check for leakage. A burst test is also randomly applied to bags taken off the production line. All our products comply with AAR and RAC standards.
